Our Nashville Addiction Treatment Programs

At Nashville Treatment Solutions, our programs provide flexible and accessible options, combining counseling, therapy, and support groups to help individuals overcome substance abuse while maintaining their daily responsibilities.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our PHP program provides intensive treatment during the day while allowing individuals to return home or to a supportive living environment in the evenings.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP program in Nashville is a lower level of care from our PHP program. IOP provides structure for clients while still partaking in their daily lives.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Our outpatient program is the lowest level of care we offer that allows individuals to continue going to group and seeing a therapist at least once per week.

    The dedicated team at our Nashville treatment center will work tirelessly to establish a plan that is designed for your unique recovery and situation. We incorporate personal connections, evidence-based treatments, adventure-based therapies, and a safe place to be vulnerable and challenged.
    Many of our employees have some type of experience with addiction. They may be in recovery themselves or they may have been impacted by the addiction of a family member. Our treatment center also employs professionals who are dedicated and passionate about helping others overcome the hold that drugs or alcohol has on them.

    Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a full-time commitment for a season. This program is for individuals who need significant structure in the journey toward recovery. Our Partial Hospitalization Program offers a stable schedule for you to focus on your recovery and to get the help you need.

    Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a great option for individuals who are stepping down from the Partial Hospitalization.  Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers you therapeutic support with fewer restrictions than our Partial Hospitalization Program. This recovery program is designed to accommodate your work, school and family life while still providing intensive therapy and support.

    Our clients typically will begin in the Partial Hospitalization Program and transition into other programs offered. This transition allows you to begin preparing for life after treatment and start working on personal and professional goals.
